Recce run for Ninesprings by Night - around 5k

16th Dec at 4:15pm

A chance to see the course from the forth coming races and practice running at night on trail.

Expect to run around 5-6k. The run will be regrouping and run to be social and chatty. There maybe an option to do a second lap for those that want it.

Don't worry about pace, there will be two of us there and we'll have one person near the front to lead and another at the back making sure no one is left behind. These should be a socialable runs open for all. We'll regroup at regular intervals if needed.

Meeting at the car park by Ninesprings cafe in the Goldenstones car park. Please note we are trying to arrange to use Nuffield to host our recce runs. If we can do this we'll contact you directly to let you know of the meeting point change.
