Penrith Pythons Canoe Slalom Program - Term 1 2019


This is a single registration process for a multi-week program.

Non-members should complete their PaddleAustralia Membership Application (or Renewal) prior to Registering for this program.

When completing the PA Membership Application/Renewal please nominate Penrith Valley Canoe Club as your Club, and select ‘flatwater junior' for Flatwater Pythons and Ripple Pythons, and 'whitewater junior' for Pythons Squad..

Entries for multiple family members must all be completed in the one entry cycle to ensure application of '2nd & 3rd Family Member' Discounts. (Click on "Add Another Entry" after proceeding to Confirmation Page, but BEFORE making a payment)

Penrith ‘Flatwater Pythons’
Beginners
2 x 1 hour flatwater sessions/week

Penrith ‘Ripple Pythons’
Intermediate
3 x 1 hour flatwater sessions/week
1 x Introductory Strength/Conditioning session
2 x Club sessions

Penrith ‘Pythons Squad’
Advanced juniors (invitation only)
WSAS
3 x 1 hour whitewater sessions
2 x 1 hour flatwater sessions
2 x Club sessions
2 x Strength/Conditioning sessions per week (Fit4all)
Non-WSAS
2 x 1 hour whitewater sessions
2 x 1 hour flatwater sessions
2 x Club sessions
1 x Strength/Conditioning sessions per week (stadium bodyweight circuit)

Penrith ‘Over 18’s (experienced paddlers only)
1 x 1 hour whitewater session
2 x 1 hour flatwater sessions
2 x Club sessions
1 x Generic Strength/Conditioning program (weights - own gym membership)
