Course Details:


A scenic run starting and ending at the new USM Lake Thoreau Environmental Center. Course consists of two abbreviated laps of the Golden Eagle Trail Complex on some of the most challenging and undulating single track in the state.

Registration:


$15 Registration for Half Marathon
$20 Registration for 10K
FREE 1/2 Marathon entry for Team H.A.M.R. members who present a beer to the race director. Contact denise@runnershighhattiesburg.com for membership details & comp code.

Day-of registration: 9-9:45a.m.

Awards


Hand Crafted awards will be presented to Overall & Age group winners in the following categories: < 30, 31-50, 50+
*Overall Male & Female will receive lifetime H.A.M.R.'d Half race comps*

Directions to Lake Thoreau Environmental Center


Driving Directions to Lake Thoreau Environmental Center:
From I-59 & US-98- Head north on 98 (Hardy Street) 4.5 miles
Turn north onto King Road (right, if you are heading west on Hardy Street) .5 mile
Turn right onto Hatten Road.
In .2 miles, Hatten Road will dead end at W 4th Street. Turn right.
Lake Thoreau Drive will be the next road in .6 miles, turn left.
Shortly after you cross the Longleaf Trace, the entrance to the Environmental Center will be on your right. A USM sign will be visible from the road. Follow the gravel road to the Environmental Center on the left.
