THE FAT LADY RACE


Event: Race 3 Sydney Harbour Surf Club Championships
Location: Lyne Park, Rose Bay
Date: Saturday 29TH September (8am) and Sunday 30TH September (9am) 2018
Distance: 10km
Arrival Time: At least 1 hour prior to the race start time
Race Briefing: 30 mins before the race start
Warm Up: 15 mins before the race start
Race Categories: Female - U18, 18-29, 30-39,40-49,50-59,60+
Male - U18, 18-29, 30-39,40-49,50-59,60+
(your age category is determined by your age on the day of the event)
Handicaps: Surf Ski type:
- Surf Skis (V14, V12, V10) no handicap
- Surf Life Saving Surf Ski 5 seconds per km handicap
- Surf Ski (V10 Sport) 10 seconds per km handicap
- Surf Ski (V8 Pro) 30 seconds per km handicap
- Surf Ski (V8) 50 seconds per km handicap
Age Groups:
- (40-49yrs) 5 seconds per km handicap
- (50 – 59 yrs) 10 seconds per km handicap
- (60 yrs plus) 15 seconds per km handicap
Gender:
- Females 15 seconds per km handicap
