Welcome to the Tassal - 7 Mile Beach Olympic Distance Triathlon brought to you by Triathlon South - your local and Australia's most southern triathlon club.

Event distances:
* Enticer: 300m | 13km | 2.5km (age rules apply: 12 year olds can only compete as part of a team, 13 year olds can enter as a solo participant)

* Sprint: 750m | 20km | 5km (age rules apply: 13 year olds can only compete as part of a team, 14 year olds can enter as a solo participant)

*Olympic: 1500m | 40km | 10km (age rules apply: entrants must be 16 years and older)

*Olympic Swim: 1500m (age rules apply: entrants must be 16 years and older)


ALL TEAM MEMBERS WILL NEED TO MAKE THEMSELVES KNOWN TO REGISTRATION PRIOR TO THE RACE TO SIGN A WAIVER.

For State Series Award Age Categories:
Once you put your birth date in, your race category age group will be automatically set (Note: age as at 31 December 2018).
* Junior: 19 and under
* Senior: 20 to 39
* Veteran: 40 to 49
*Masters 50 and over
* Teams: will be split into average age categories as per above if sufficient numbers, otherwise all "open".

A competitor information booklet will be available for this race closer to the event date, outlining the schedule, course details, maps and any other important information. This will be posted on our Facebook page and on our website at www.triathlonsouth.com


NOTE:
Competitors are advised that the bike course is on a public road. Competitors are required to follow the directions of traffic management and abide by normal road rules or risk disqualification.

Please be aware that the start time will be approximately at 9 am for the Olympic and 10 am for the Sprint and Enticer , so please make arrangements accordingly. Further information will be provided prior to the race.

Also when arriving at registration on race day you will need to provide your TA Membership card as well as identification.
