Event notes

Distance options include Sprint (750m/20km/5km), Enticer (300m/10km/2.5km) and Nano (100m/5km/1km). Juniors 12-18 may race in the Nano event. U12 Juniors will race at 8AM (after all adults have completed their bike segments). Their race is wholly contained within the Aquatic Centre and may be tailored to suit the abilities of the kids present (25m/1km/100m).

Teams are encouraged, all team members must register online separately, the first to register should enter a team name and others should then select this team name from the drop down list provided.

Prices for adults are $5 for Alice Springs Triathlon Club members, $15 for Lasseters members and employees and $30 for non-members, juniors are $3 for tri club members and $10 for non-members. If you are not a member of the Alice Springs Aquatic and Leisure Centre, you will also be charged your pool entry fee ($4 for adults, $2 for children), per Aquatic Centre facility rules. If you are NOT swimming then you do not need to pay the pool entry fee. Member teams are $5 per person, Lasseters members and employee teams are $10 per person, non-member teams are $15 per person.

Gates open at 5:30am for 6:20am race start. Mandatory race briefing for adults and 12+ juniors at 6:00.

U12 Juniors start when all adults are off the bike course (nominally 8AM).
