Sprint - 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run
Enticer - 375m swim, 10km bike, 2.5km run
Teams - 375m swim, 10km bike, 2.5km run

Kids Tri Short - 50m swim, 1km bike, 750m run
Kids Tri Medium - 100m swim, 2km bike, 1.5km run
Kids Tri Long - 200m swim, 4km bike, 2.25km run
Kids Tri Teams - 100m swim, 2km bike, 1.5km run

Kids Splash & Dash Short - 50m swim, 750m run
Kids Splash & Dash Medium - 100m swim, 1.5km run
Kids Splash & Dash Long - 200m swim, 2.25km run

Notes
- Distances may vary on the day due to circumstances out of our control.
- Registration closes on 20 Oct 2016. No entries on the day
- Additional charges apply for Non FRT Club to cover TA insurance
- Minimum ages: Sprint 14 years, Enticer 12 years as at 31/12/16
- Maximum ages: Kids Short, Medium & Long 14 years as at 31/12/16
- Only one event per person over the weekend
