KIDS (individual only)
Tiny Tadpoles Kids (approx. age 5 – 7) -- 25m swim, 500m bike, 50m run -- $10
Brave Beavers Kids (approx. age 8 – 10) -- 100m swim, 1.5km bike, 600m run -- $10
Mighty Moose Kids (approx. age 11 – 15) -- 150m swim, 2.5km bike, 800m run -- $10

ADULTS
Short Distance Team -- 500m swim, 16km bike, 6km run -- $45
Short Distance Individual -- 500m swim, 16km bike, 6km run -- $40
Super Short Distance Adult (individual) -- 250m swim, 8km bike, 2km run -- $30
Duathlon Adult (individual) -- 2km run, 16km bike, 2km run -- $30

TRINL MEMBERSHIP

Participants in all events must be members of their provincial triathlon organization, including *each* team member. Individuals who are not currently affiliated with an organization may purchase a membership from TriNL (link)

TRINL MEMBERSHIP IS AVAILABLE ONLINE ONLY

TEAM REGISTRATIONS

-Each team member must complete the registration and agree to the waver.
-Each team member must have a TriNL number (there is a one day team member option on the TriNL registration page). Please register with TriNL before completing this form.
-Any correspondence will be sent to the team captain (person entering the registration information)
