The base online race fee is $10.00. Each participant must purchase at least a $5 day membership ($15 total) (see below for onsite registration - fee increases $5)

You may purchase a season membership for an additional $5 ($20 total). If you purchase a season membership you will be sent a member code for use at future events which will deduct the $5 day membership fee. (Codes are not automatically generated, please allow a day or two for processing. Code is not valid for Downtown Dash or Humber Valley Marathon)

Day of registration is available onsite for $20 starting @ 10 AM. This includes $5 for day membership. Season membership may be purchased for an additional $5 ($25 total).

This 5 km course is CAA certified
(Athletics Canada # NL-2009-039-BDC)

KIDS RACE START @ 11:00 - ALL BIBS MUST BE PICKED UP BY 10:45
ADULT 5KM START @11:15 - ALL BIBS MUST BE PICKED UP BY 10:45
