2024 MTC Club Champs, Sunday, April 28, 2024
Check-in and transition open 8:15am-8:45am
Race Brief at 8:50am - All competitors with 9am start must attend
Sprint Race starts at 9am
3/9/3 Race starts at 9:15am approx, or when there is space in the pool
Short Course races start at 10am, with briefing at 9:50am.
Adult non-members $30, School aged non-members $15, max fee per family $60.
Contactless online payment is highly encouraged - Please pay online MTC ASB 12-3143-0336090-000 please use your name, date & race name as reference
Triathlon Course Distances are:
Sprint - 400m swim, 18km bike (6 laps), 5km run
3/9/3 - 300m swim, 9km bike (3 laps), 3km run
Have a Go - 100m swim, 6km bike, 1km
As this is the Club Triathlon Champs, there will not be a Duathlon option at this event.

You must race in the correct category and course length for your age, to be eligible for club championship honours.
- Have a Go - Under 11, Under 13, Vet 80
- 3/9/3 - Under 16's, Vet 50 Female, Vet 60 Female, Vet 70's
- Sprint - Juniors (16-19), Opens (20-39), Vet 40's, Vet 50 Male, Vet 60 Male
All Races start in the Pool area at Linton Military Camp with a penguin start.
Traffic management will be in place, but this is to warn other road uses that we are there, the roads are open and riders must obey NZ road rules at ALL times. Please be courteous to other road users and competitors.
