2024 Manawatu Secondary School Champs

This registration is for the 2024 Manawatu Secondary School Champs (year 9-13). There is a separate registration for the MTC event running on the same day.

Online registration is required for this event and closes 6pm Friday prior

Schedule

8:15am Registration and transition open 

8:50am Race briefing for all competitors

9:00am Race start: Manawatu Secondary School Champs, with swim first. Penguin Start or lane allocation will be confirmed when entries have closed as are dependant on numbers. Please note the MTC Tri club event will be held this day also.

Distances

• U14 - 300m swim, 9km bike, 3km run
• U16 - 300m swim, 9km bike, 3km run
• U19 - 400m swim, 19km bike, 5km run 

Cost and Age Groups

• $15 per individual non MTC member.
• Free if a Race member of Manawatu Triathlon Club. Use the email address you registered with to waive fee 

Age is determined by how old you are on 1/1/2024 as per Tri NZ rules for School Events.

Please be courteous to other road users and competitors.
