Check-in and warm-up - 5:00pm-5:25pm

Race Brief will be prior to each event.
Long/Extra Long Distance starts at 5:30pm, followed by Medium and Short.

The start times and order can change depending on numbers. Be ready to go at 5:30pm.

All non-members $5
MTC Members registered from 1st November 2022, no charge.

Contactless online payment is highly encouraged - Please pay online MTC ASB 12-3143-0336090-000 please use your name, date & race name as reference

Course Distances are:

Long Swim/run: swim 600m | run 600m | swim 300m | run 300m
Medium Swim/Run: swim 300m | run 300m | swim 300m | run 300m
Short Swim/Run: swim 100m | run 300km | swim 100m | run 300m
Extra Long Swim: 900m
Long Swim: 600m Swim
Medium Swim: 300m swim
Short Swim: 100m swim (this is up and back on the side, so participants can stand up if required)

Please register online before 4pm on the day of the event.
