18&Under - Born 2007, 2008
16&Under- Born 2009, 2010
14&Under - Born 2011, 2012
12&Under - Born 2013, 2014
10&Under - Born 2015 or later
If there are sufficient volunteers then Medal presentations will be conducted during the event with medal collection over the weekend CRAFT CATEGORIES & INFO Racing is run to Paddle Australia/ICF rules, local rules may apply Categories are by age and gender K1/K2, C1/C2 craft will be to ICF weight specification (trailing rudders are allowed) : Any single or double craft allowed. However, kayaks and skis will be classed separately for medals.
Masters Age grouping: 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+ Please note that there must be a minimum of 3 entrants to constitute a class, with boat categories being separate. Medals will not be awarded with 1 or 2 entrants.
Masters K2 age classes will be constituted to 80-110 and 111+

PROVISIONAL RACE-DAY SCHEDULE Saturday & Sunday K1 K2 & K4: Races will be spread over both days. Guppy and Masters races scheduling provisionally for Sunday only but welcome to also participate in Open events on Saturday Race finals following heats will be same day
First Race: 9:00am Saturday & 8:00am Sunday Briefing notes will be emailed out. No check-in, just collect number on the day
Entry Fees calculated on age and member or non-member profile
A PFD/Life Jacket is compulsory for ALL paddlers aged 12 and under (in accordance with Paddle Australia)
