For the long course, lap 1 = 5 km run, lap 2 = 15 mile bike, lap 3 = 5 km run. The 15-mile bike course consisted of three 5-mile laps (no bike lap times were taken).

For the short course, lap 1 = 5 km run, lap 2 = 5 mile bike.
