Experienced Course: Water start from the dock heading east to Lake Mizel. A counter clockwise lap of Lake Mizel exiting the canal for a clockwise lap of Lake Virginia with a water finish for a total of 3.86 miles. Amateur Course was one counter clockwise lap of Lake Mizel returning to the dock for a water finish.
