Brrrr-dang! It was a cold one! Despite the frigid temperatures and strong winds, 30 tough souls toed the starting line of CGRC's Last Run 5K. As Nancy Matthews passed by the bank, the reader board flashed "22 degrees and 18 mph wind gusts!" The finishers were led by Lucas Lembrick and Katarina Mueller. As the participants finished the Stevenson 5K, they slipped into the Exhibit Hall building to warm-up, drink hot beverages and enjoy each other's company. After every one finished, two of CGRC's most adventurous members, Dottie Trulove and Susan Billette, braved Rock Creek in the annual Plunge! A huge thanks to Lori Cannon, Kyle Chaffin, Claudia Holman and Andy Grossman for all of their help at probably our coldest event EVER!
