Race Info:
Special Feature:
- Mixed doubles competition, get organised with a partner & a boat
Race Location:
- Guilderton, 1hr 15mins N of Perth


Race Course:
Long Course [Approx 12km]:
- Upstream to right of Diamond Island [3km], past boat ramp at Barragoon Rd, anticlockwise round 2nd island. Paddle back to right of Diamond Island.
Short Course [Approx. 6km.]:
- Upstream, anticlockwise round Diamond Island, back to start
Guppies [Approx 4.5km].:
- Upstream, clockwise around bathing buoys at sand bank, run up to marker on sand bank [U12 to higher marker, U10 to lower marker] paddle back

Race Preparation:
Number on Boat:
- Ensure no. is vertical & readable both sides. No. slots w suckers on sale $15 each, supplement suckers w gaffer
River Hazards, Logs, Weed, Low-hanging Tree Branches, Shallow Water:
- Recommend trailing or [smaller] river rudder & weed deflector, beware of low-hanging trees
Food:
- Café close to race start & Country Club in Guilderton
Sun & Heat:
- Bring protective clothing, sun block & water to drink
