DISTANCES
Main course: 6 laps 11.6km [with or without portage]
Short Course: 4 shorter laps [approx. 6km]
Guppy Course: 2 shorter laps [approx. 3km]
PORTAGE:
If portaging, portage every lap [5] except the last when you head for the finish buoy instead
