All paddlers portaging will do 4 portages, starting at end of first lap

All except Doubles and Short have been placed in Age Groups, this is how they work: U16 = 16 or under at end 2023, 35+ = 35 or over at end 2023

The Age Groups are U10, U12, U14, U16, U18, U23, Open, 35+, 45+, 55+, 65+, 70+

Your race number is your Wave number

Results categories will be based on Boat/Age/Portage or Non-portage/Gender

Sun & Heat:
Bring protective clothing, sun block & water to drink
