2022越野選訓針對以下實施評量
1）2003～2007（season:22/23)的青少年
男子Roller skiathlon 15公里(7.5x7.5)
時限50min
女子Roller skiathlon 12公里(6x6)
時限50min
2）1999～2002（season 22/23)的青年
男子Roller skiathlon 20公里(10x10)
時限70min
女子Roller skiathlon 15公里(7.5*7.5）
時限70min

3）2009-2008少年朋友也歡迎。以第（1）項距離一半

*時限，測試運動員必須具備在這時間內完賽。
*器材自備
*轉換區更換器材裝備及鞋子(傳統式、自由式）
公平原則測試選手一律在轉換區（Pit box)換裝備及鞋子（傳統式—自由式）

距離測試中選手可以補給。轉換區家長自備小椅子。
