Race notes
The temperature cooled to 65 degrees at the race start with winds at 8 knots, but racers enjoyed a protected course heading south down the eastern shoreline. The course was out & back, with the 2 mi racers completing 1 lap & the distance progression racers completing 1 3/4 laps for a total of 3.5 miles. This race marked the finale of the Winter 2014 series, & Wave of Wellness hosted a post-race Awards Ceremony & party at Mellow Mushroom! Looking forward to the Spring 2014 Series!
