The West Bay (One Way)
We ran the one way as a PYC Club swim, to end the summer, and to restart our races.

Conditions were challenging, with a solid swell and reasonable waves, all the swimmers knew that they were in the ocean for this swim. Everyone completed the full course successfully, starting from the Island and finishing at the wee beach in the harbour, rather than the slip as previous West Bay swims.

Thanks to the RNLI, the paddlers, and the volunteers in the ribs who kept the swimmers safe, and the volunteers who registered the swimmers and timed the race
