Notes de course
Prizes will be for the first three finishers M & F in all races plus for Seniors 1st placed vets in each 5 year category. The Juniors 1st in U7/U9/11/13/15. Not forgetting those fancy dressers !

The courses remain unchanged, that is a 2k for the Juniors and a "country" 5 mile for Seniors/Canis. Once again off road on forest tracks and trails with the guarantee of some mud and hills.
Registration will open at 8.30am. Entries on the day will only be accepted if the limit has not been reached, updates will be posted.
Transfers and non starters will only be accepted up until the 13th. No refunds will be given.
Parking will be in limited spaces in the village and in the school car park, this is situated about a 10 minute walk from the start so make sure you have plenty of time.
The start times are 10.00am for the Juniors, 10.15am Canis and 10.30am for Seniors, hopefully this will allow any parents who are running to see their children race.
All competitors are encouraged to dress up for the occasion with of course a Christmas theme and there will be a prize for the best in both races but don't forget you will need your trail shoes.
The race HQ provides both toilets and showers but please leave your muddy shoes at the door. Refreshments after the race will be provided free to all runners.
Results will be available shortly after the finish of each race and prize giving will be in the main room at around 12.00pm. The results will then be posted on line.
