Tonight's 15km MIVA time trial was a bit cooler than in the past couple of weeks and there was a light crosswind to hamper the riders. Despite this there were a number of personal bests . Notable were: Jennfer Gordon breaking forty minutes for the first time, Iain Hay beating the 40 kph barrier, and also, p.b's by Patrick Burnham, Matt Evans, Mike Gill, and Abigail and Aiden Hare.
Don Gillmore commented that he was going downhill, but his winning time was only 30 seconds outside his own course record. Justin Mark just failed to best Iain Hay but he was on a standard road bike with no clip ons so he still did a great ride.
Thanks to Glen Gordon who marshalled the turn whist nursing very sore legs.
