Mount St Helens Classic - Swimmers Only

Swimmers, Kayakers and Volunteers are required to complete a registration form for the Mount St Helens Classic. We ask you to please do so no later than June 30, 2025 (the earlier the better).

"Four (4) Lake" Swimmers should complete the Mount St Helens Classic Registration Form below, and check all four lakes at the start of the form. It will then have you complete the registration form for Mayfield Lake. Once completed, click the "Next Step" button at the bottom of the page. This will move you to Riffe Lake which will already be fully populated from the Mayfield Lake form. No need to edit any information, just proceed to the bottom and click the "Next Step" button. Repeat this step for Lake Merwin and Yale Lake. 

"Team" Swimmers should use this form, but check only the lake(s) they will be swimming on the form below. If you are also kayaking and/or volunteering, please complete the separaate "Mount St Helens Classic - Kayakers & Volunteers" registration form for the lakes you will be participating in that/those role(s).
