Entry Information

Race Information

Bib Collection:  Friday July 4th 2025 8pm Bib Draw

Compulsory Drivers Meetings: Saturday, 5th at 6am and Sunday at 6 am.  

Racing Starts: Saturday 5th 6:30am - 6dog teams out first. (Time will be temperture dependant)

Vaccination Requirement: As per the AFSS Vaccination Framework. Bring vaccination certificates or compliant titre tests. Spot checks will be conducted as per AFSS rules.

 
On-Site Facilities

• 🚻 Limited campsite facilities: 3 portaloos will be provided
• 💧 Water: BYO water for yourself and your dogs
• 🔥 Fires: Communal fire. Please bring wood if you can.  Personal cooking fires approved how ever conditions apply. 
• ♻ Leave no trace: Clean up after your dogs to help preserve future access

• 4 & 6 Dog Open - approximately 6-7 km
• 2 & 3 Dog Open - approximately 4-5 km
• 1 Dog Open - approximately 2.4 km
• 2 Dog Touring & Veterans - approximately 2-2.5 kms
• 1 Dog Touring, Veterans, Juniors, and Novice - approximately 2-2.5 km
• 1 Dog Canicross Open - 2.4 km
• 1 Dog Bikejoring - approximately 2.4 km
• Pee Wee's – Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Camp Site Loop.

(Minimum dog age for veterans is 7 years.)

 
Event Schedule

Friday 4th: 

• Arrive
• 8 pm Bib Draw and Collection. Please ensure someone is able to collect on your behalf if you are unable to.
• Drivers Meeting - TBC

Saturday 5th

• 6.00 am - Drivers' Meeting
• approximately 6:30am - 6/4 dog, followed by all other classes. Times dependant on Temperature

Sunday 6th:

• 6am – Compulsory Drivers' Meeting
• approximately 6:30am 6/4 Dogs followed by all other classes. Times dependant on Temperature
• Presentation approximately 1pm
• Pack up - please assist SDRV with their pack up

Mandatory Equipment
Ensure your gear is race-ready and safe:

• Rig, scooter, or bike (per class)
• Sound ganglines lines
• Effective brakes
• Undamaged wheels
• Functional lights (lights will be needed for most open classes)
• Line cutters

All racing is conducted under AFSS rules and policies.
