Wave Selection


When selecting which Wave, if you have ever been in the top 3 for your age group, or you consider yourself an elite swimmer (14-17mins) please select the "Feature" wave with a start time of 11am.

We also ask if you are a particularly slower swimmer please select one of the earlier starts.

The short course will commence after the running of the feature swim at each event
