Entry Information
- 🗓 Entries Close: Wednesday 30th July 2025. Changes to entries can be made up until Friday the 1st of August at 4pm.
- 💡 IMPORTANT: To avoidadditional fees, enter "CASH" in uppercase in the discount code box throughout the entry form.

- 📍 Bib Collection: Sunday 3rd August at 8;00pm at Site 11
- 📣 Compulsory Drivers Meeting: Monday 4th August at 11:00am & Tuesday 5th August at 8:00AM
- 🏁 Racing Starts: Monday 4th August at 12:00 noon & Tuesday 5th August at 9:00AM
Final start times will be confirmed at the drivers meeting.
- 💉 Vaccination Requirement: All dogs, whether racing or not, must be vaccinated to a minimum of C3.
Bring vaccination certificates or compliant titre tests. Spot checks will be conducted as per AFSS rules.
Entry Guidelines
- 🧾 Entries are only confirmed once payment has cleared: No payment, no pawprints on the trail!
- ✅ Entry acceptance is at the sole discretion of the Dog Sled Dash Inc Committee: We’re all about safety, sportsmanship, and snowy fun.
- 🎿 Mushers must be 15+ years old and have previous snow racing experience: This isn’t your first sled ride, right?
- 🔁 Head-on passing will occur: Stay alert and courteous on the trail.
- ⏳ Limited spots available: Submit your entry and payment early to avoid missing out.
- ♻️ Help us keep the trails pristine: Clean up after your dogs so we can keep dashing for years to come.
- 🧾 Must complete the Mt Baw Baw dog registration form

- 9:00am - 6 & 4 Dog starts
- 10:30am – 3 & 2 Dog starts
- 🏆 Award presentation 12:00 noon

Ensure your gear is race-ready and safe, including:
- Sound lines
- Effective brakes
- Line cutters
- Appropriate Snow clothing
All racing is conducted under AFSS rules and policies.
