Due to popular demand for the Scott Thursday Night Race Series, we have decided to run an extra race night!! Wednesday night will be for all races in the kids and youth category (8-17 years). All racers MUST pre-register for this event via Web Scorer. We will still have great post-race draw prizes from SCOTT and Fox, and post-race refreshments in the Plaza.

RACE DAY
On race day, you need to check-in at the dedicated desk at Guest Services at Fernie Alpine Resort by 4 pm. Race check-in will be open from 1 pm till 4 pm every Wednesday. The check-in process will include:
- Waiver check (must be completed online).
- Payment of race fee ($5 includes post-race refreshment).
- Race plate pick up.

START TIMES
Racing will start at 4:30 pm.
There will be four waves of start times and each competitor will be assigned a specific start time. Competitors will not be permitted to enter the start area until 5 minutes before their race time. Only competitors and race officials will be allowed in the starting area (exceptions will be made for parents with kids racing, please contact the event organizer to discuss this further). 
Starting times will be emailed to racers on race day and will be posted at check-in.

COURSE
Each week the racecourse will be announced the day of each race and posted both on the Fernie Alpine Resort Facebook page. Keep updated here

NOTICE FOR PARENTS:
We have added an "Open" category for any parents who want to race on the same night as their kids. Please note, these registrations will only be approved on the day subject to availability, and will not be eligible for series points.
You can still pre-register for this option.
