Race Information
Bib Collection: Friday July 4th 2025 8pm Bib draw. Please ensure someone can collect your bib on your behalf if you are not able to.
Compulsory Drivers Meetings: Saturday, 5th at 6am and Sunday at 6 am.
Racing Starts: Saturday 5th 6:30am - 6dog teams out first. (Time will be temperture dependant)
Vaccination Requirement: As per the AFSS Vaccination Framework. Bring vaccination certificates or compliant titre tests. Spot checks will be conducted as per AFSS rules.
Entry Costs: Open Class $40 for first entry, $30 per entry for additional open classes
Social Class $25 per social class
On-Site Facilities
🚻 Limited campsite facilities: 3 portaloos will be provided
💧 Water: BYO water for yourself and your dogs
🔥 Fires: Communal fire. Please bring wood if you can. Personal cooking fires approved how ever conditions apply.
♻ Leave no trace: Clean up after your dogs to help preserve future access

2 Dog Touring & Veterans - approximately 2-2.5 kms
1 Dog Touring, Veterans, Juniors, and Novice - approximately 2-2.5 km
1 Dog Canicross Open - 2.4 km
1 Dog Bikejoring - approximately 4-5 km
Pee Wee's – Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Camp Site Loop.
(Minimum dog age for veterans is 8 years.)

Friday 4th:
Arrive
8pm Bib Draw and collection. If you can not attend draw, please ensure someone can collect on your behalf.
Drivers Meeting - TBC
Saturday 5th
6.00 am - Drivers' Meeting
approximately 6:30am - 6/4 dog, followed by all other classes. Times dependant on Temperature
Sunday 6th:
6am – Compulsory Drivers' Meeting
approximately 6:30am 6/4 Dogs followed by all other classes. Times dependant on Temperature
Presentation approximately 1pm
Pack up - please assist SDRV with their pack up
Mandatory Equipment
Ensure your gear is race-ready and safe:
Rig, scooter, or bike (per class)
Sound ganglines
Effective brakes
Undamaged wheels
Functional lights (Lights will be checked in start shoot for required classes)
Line cutters
All racing is conducted under AFSS rules and policies.
