Packet Pick up will begin Saturday October 5th, 2013 at 3 PM at Creekside Inn located at 90611 Old Highway, Tavernier Florida on the south side of Tavernier Creek Bridge (http://www.mycreeksideinn.com/). Contact the staff and tell them you are with the Keyzy Mini Triathlon for a discounted room rate.

The paddle Board/Kayak will begin in canal back of Creekside Inn and go out to Tavernier Key and back. The first transition will be on a turf like carpet to place your board or kayak and put your running shoes on. The run will go down the Old Highway to the Coral Shores High school tennis court where the bicycles will be racked. The bike portion of the triathlon will go down the Old highway and loop around the dead end and back to Creekside Inn. See satellite map for details. Everything will be well marked and directed.

There will be a Family Relay Division, Team Relay Division, Men's Overall, Women's Overall and 15 and Under Overall prizes. This is a fun race and we hope it will encourage you and your family to work towards getting in shape and spending some quality time together. A portion of the proceeds will go towards The Nick Sheehan Scholarship fund that raises money for our local college bound students.

We will have staff on hand to help pull boards and kayaks out of the water while you participate in this mini tri if you don't have someone to assist you on your own. Bike and paddle board/kayak rentals available. Go to Keylargobike.com for details.
