The course utilizes the Cayuga and Finger Lakes Trails for several views of some of the most beautiful gorges in Ithaca! The course consists of two identical out-and-backs of 13.1 miles each. Well-stocked aid stations will be spaced 3 to 4 miles apart. There will be free food and drink after the race provided to runners & volunteers! Family members/spectators are welcome to purchase their lunch.
