VENUE: start Omeath Pier, Omeath Co.Louth
Finish Carlingford, Co.Louth

REGISTRATION: 12:00- 12:30 infinity hubb at the pier or at the Granvue hotel Omeath if inclining weather

Safety briefing for swimmers and water safety crew. Swim Exit points will be identified during the briefing.

Start Time: 13:00

Presentations will be at infinity hubb at Foy Centre, Carlingford at 18:30

Finishers medal for all competitors

DURATION: 3 hours maximum

TEMPERATURE: COOL 12-16 DEGREES C

Distance: 7.5k approx tide assisted

Swim time will be a maximum duration of three hours regardless of the distance you have covered. This will be sheltered and costal swimming hugging the shoreline so you can build confidence in this environment.
