Cost for online registration is $45 before Jan 24, $50 Jan 24-27, and $55 day of race. Current Methow Valley Nordic members who have paid $25 individual or $40 family annual dues are eligible for a $5 discount during online registration (enter discount code MVNmember below). Online registration closes at 5 pm Friday, Jan 27. Day of race registration is 7:45 - 8:15 am inside Chickadee Warming Hut. Day-of-race payment is by check or cash only.

Bib pickup is 7:45 - 8:45 am inside Chickadee Warming Hut.

A Methow Trails ski pass is not required for this event. However, if you plan to ski Saturday afternoon after the race, you will need to have one. Trail passes can be purchased by Derby participants at the reduced rate of $10 as part of your online registration or in person at the race venue.

Race start time is 9:00 am for the 30 km, and 9:05 am for the 15 km. Timing will end at 12:00 pm, so please choose a distance you can complete in less than 3 hours.
