LakeRun (and Walk) - SOME DETAILS :

LakeRun and Walk is a free weekly event for anyone, any age and any fitness level. We especially encourage new runners and walkers to participate!

We meet before 9am Saturday mornings (see the calendar) to begin the run at 9AM sharp from Husky the Muskie!

Special events may have a separate registration and fee. Please Like the Facebook page "LakeRun - Kenora's Weekly 5K" to keep on top of information updates.

We are evolving into a more casual running group. Only occassional runs will be timed and results posted, but we will let you know when so you can formally track your progress over the summer.

We are ALWAYS looking for more community groups to be involved. Please contact Clayhammett@gmail.com if you would like to host an event. It's your show if you'd like to host! And thank you!!

Please no pets or bikes as the sidewalk can become congested and it increases the chance for injury or mishap.
