This is the 2016 International Ice Swimming Association Ireland 1k National Championships hosted by CLWF Events and held at Wild Water Armagh for the second year running.

Event registration is available from 16.10.2015

Each entrant must provide the following inorder to be allocated a swim slot:

A qualification swim

A completed IISA Ireland Medical form and ECG

Registered as a member on the IISA website (www.internationaliceswimmingassociation.com)

Available for the slot you are allocated to swim on the race schedule: (event swim slots: 30.01.2016 7am - 7pm and 31.01.16 7am - 1pm). Swim slots are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis once you have met all the criteria.

If you cannot meet these criteria a full refund will be offered until 01.12.2015 (minus an administration fee) after this date a refund is not available.
