Event notes

Tuesday, the party moves to the pump track on Queenstown Hill, at the end of Kerry Drive.
This pump track was also used for the Crankworx Summer Series and is built for tight, head-to-head racing battles. With junior, women’s, and men’s categories on offer, the track is best suited to dirt jump bikes with smooth, fast-rolling tyres or BMX bikes.

Food and drink will be available on site to keep you fuelled—whether you’re racing hard or cheering from the sidelines.

We will have a under 5 year old race first.

Junior Start at 3pm

Adults Start at 5pm

Full Face Helmets are encouraged.

See you there!

All of the above details are complete and correct. I understand that mountain biking involves risks, most of which are controlled by me and my skill/ability in avoiding obstacles and hazards. In entering this event I agree that it is entirely at my own risk and no one else will be held responsible for my actions. I will not hold the, QMTBC, QLDC, Department of Conservation, Skyline, Phat Lines, Elevate Trail Building or any private landowners, third parties, interested parties or anyone else involved in the organisation of the event(s) liable for any injuries and/or damage/loss of equipment however caused. Helmets are compulsory and body armour / protection is highly recommended. If I choose not to wear armour / protection, I understand it may be detrimental to my health in the event of a crash. I understand I may be refused entry to an event if any part of my equipment (including my bike) is deemed unsatisfactory by event organisers. I understand I may be pulled from an event by organisers if they deem my skill level unsatisfactory for participating safely and confidently. In the event of any course changes, or anything else that affects the event, I understand the organisers decision will be final. I understand there may be non-event course trails either crossing or nearby the race track that are open to the public and agree to ride with care and consideration and furthermore agree to obey any orders given to me by event marshals. I agree that any film, sound or other recording of my activity during the event may be used for promotion or advertising purposes by event organiser. The organiser may use such recordings as is deems fit without my prior consent. The event organisers reserve the right to use my name provided for promotional purposes but will not share my details with third parties.
