The first half of the clinic will be an informational presentation and discussion inside at the Povah Community Center starting at 12:30.
The second half of the clinic will include a demonstration and practice time on the Boundary Ski Trail on the north end on Boundary Street in West Yellowstone.
Participants may attend with or without a dog.
Skijor equipment (human harness, dog harness, and lines) will be available for use during the practice session for anyone who brings their own dog.

I acknowledge that there are inherent risks in skijoring. I will not hold Wildfire Defense Yellowstone Special, its race organizers, race volunteers, race sponsors, the City of West Yellowstone, USFS Gallatin National Forest, Yellowstone Mushers Association or any other involved entities responsible for any damages to myself, my dogs, vehicles, or equipment. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the event. I recognize, intend, and understand this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.
I assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, and course conditions, and waive any and all claims which I might have based on any of those, and other risks typically found in participating in a skijoring event.
By signing this document you may be waiving your legal right to a jury trial to hold the provider legally responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from risks inherent in the sport or recreational opportunity or for any injuries or damages you may suffer due to the provider's ordinary negligence that are the result of the provider's failure to exercise reasonable care.
