Grand Nordic Gliders – Youth Cross Country Ski Team:When: Sundays 1:00 – 2:30pm, January 4, 2026 thru March 8, 2026
Where: YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch Nordic Center
Calling all 3rd-5th graders! Bored with beginner classes? Join us for a winter of fun and fitness! Classic & skate skiing, trail games, snacks! No racing experience needed! Practices focus on classic and skate skiing techniques, games on skis, and adventures exploring groomed trails. Our emphasis is on skill-building, teamwork, and a love of winter sports. Kids will have the opportunity to race at the Barnelopet Saturday February 21st at SMR. This kids race is free.
Program Cost: $100 + optional season ski rental $35* Please use the Equipment Rental registration form to reserve and pay for ski rentals for the season to be used for the Grand Nordic Gliders program. There is limited availability of rental equipment and it is first come, first served.
