Welcome to the Cycling Southland Winter Road Race Season.

 

The George Wilson Group Limited Gore to Waikiwi Classic will take place on Saturday 20th September. Sign on from 10:30am at the Gore Town and Country Club.

 

The Classic is an open handicap race, which means that under 19 riders are allowed to enter in the main race, along with U23, Elite, and Masters riders.

 

The Curtis Dunn Memorial for Juniors will take place on this same day with details below. 

 

U17, U15 and U13 riders will take part in a 29km Curtis Dunn Memorial for Juniors, with registration (11:00am) and start (11:30am ) from Hedgehope.

 

Entry Fee: Open Classic = $25.00 Juniors Classic = $15 Late entry free (from 7pm Thursday 19 September) Open Classic: $30 Junior Classic: $20

  • Due to increased traffic management costs a minimum of 30 riders is required by lunchtime Friday for the race to go ahead.
