10:30am           Timing / Course Marshall Meeting

10:45am           Coach Meeting

10:50am           Pre-Ride End

11:00am           One Lap – Start

12:00pm           Two Lap – Start

~1:30pm           Course Take Down

2:00pm             Director / Head Coach meetin
