Non-sanctioned 1 or 2 mile open water swims in a safe & friendly environment.
New for 2015: 4 person Teams and 2 person Extreme Teams go to bamswimteam for details. Sign up as individuals with a team name.

The event will have at least two waves: FAST START (for experienced swimmers who want a fast start) and CASUAL START (for the beginners and slower swimmers & those who desire a more relaxed start).

SCHEDULE

6:30 to 7:30 am: Check In and Body Marking.
Allow time to pass through the reservoir gate as back-ups can occur.
Check-in will close at 7:30am SHARP.
We need this time for volunteers who are timing and scoring to transition to the beach.
You must be marked to swim
NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.

7:45 am: Race Directors Instructions (Mandatory)
8:00 am: First wave (waves to be announced at registration)
CUT OFF TIME: 9:30 am

LOCATION: Wind Surf Beach & Main Parking Lot @ Boulder Reservoir

COST:
Individuals: $35
Teams: no additional charge (each team member should sign up as an individual and indicate your team name)
BAM & COMSA members - $ 30 (CODE: BAM)
Groups: please use your group code.

T-SHIRT & SWIM CAP TO ALL PARTICIPANTS

RULES & SAFETY:
You must be 18 years of age to participate.
All participants must obey the rules & race officials
Swim caps will be handed out at registration. Must be worn for the event. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Lifeguards on boats and/kayaks along the course. EMT’s will be present.
This is NOT an officially sanctioned race

WETSUITS: Any garment with a zipper or made of a material that improves swim performance including tri suits will be considered a wetsuit.

RESULTS: Individual results will be available immediately on webscorer.com.
Team results (based on cumulative time) will be posted at www.bamswimteam.org.
