Refund/Cancellation Policy:

If for whatever reason (change of heart, injury, personal reasons etc) you are unable to compete in the event after having entered, no refund will be issued.

If the event cannot be run on Saturday,  September 20 due to adverse weather conditions, a natural disaster, terrorism, or any justifiable reason so deemed a force majeure event by the organisers, the event will be held on Sunday, September 21.  If the event is also cancelled on Sunday, Sepetmber 21, no refunds will be issued.
