BLM Lacks Creek Trail Day

I certify that I am responsible for any activity I perform as a volunteer. I hereby agree to hold Redwood Coast Mountain Bike Association (RCMBA) and its employees/agents/volunteers and or associated agencies/sponsors free and harmless from any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses, or loss of services or property that may be incurred during my volunteer activity. I, on behalf of myself and my estate, waive any right of recovery and I release RCMBA and the associated entities mentioned above from liability related to myself, arising from any and all injury to persons and damage to property arising from or out of my activities and participation in volunteer services. I have carefully read this release, hold harmless, and agree not to sue, understanding its contents. I am aware that it is a full release of all liability and I sign it on my own free will. In addition, I give my permission to be photographed and have my image used in publications.
