Saturday August 16: 3pm Range Set up and open training for experienced biathletes
Sunday August 17:
Mountain Bike
Men 5km
Women, MM4, Juniors 4km
Four shooting bouts, 3 extra rounds per bout, and a time penalty for each missed target
Super Sprint
Men 6km
Women, MM4, Juniors 5km
Four shooting bouts, 3 extra rounds per bout, penalty loops
8:30 to 9:30 am: On-site check in
10:00 to 10:15 am: Equipment Check – all competitors must go through equipment check
10:15 to 11:00 am: Zeroing period
11:15 am: Race time – Mountain Bike
TBD: Super Sprint (Several heat start times may be posted, depending on numbers)

*USBA Rifle Safety Course is a two part safety course, please find Part 1 at https://center.usbiathlon.org (Education, U.S. Biathlon Courses, Basic Rifle Safety Course). Please contact bob.vallor@wabiathlon.org to arrange Part 2 (Assessment) and your volunteer day*.

Rifles: Pool rifles will be available for novices and those without their own. These are Izhmash biathlon rifles. We only have a limited number of rifles to loan. REQUEST RIFLE AT CHECK IN.
Ammo: Two box limit on ammo purchases at checkin.
