The PQ Zhik 14 Beaches Ocean Race consists of two courses of approximately 13 km:
- Northerly Winds: Start: Southport SLSC Finish: Burleigh Heads
- Southerly Winds: Start: Rainbow Bay Beach SLSC Finish: Burleigh Heads
Event Information:
- Each paddler must register separately
- Early Bird Single Member Rate $70. Includes Zhik 14 Beaches Structured Sports Cap
- Standard Entry Single Member Rate $90. Includes Zhik 14 Beaches Structured Sports Cap
- Team Boat Entry Rates ($35/$45) per person, Includes Zhik 14 Beaches Structured Sports Cap
- Non-Member Fees ($24 SNR, $12 JNR) applicable at checkout
- No late entries will be accepted after entries close (no exceptions)
- Each entry includes an Event Cap, Boat Sticker and Wrist Band
We highly recommend downloading the Webscorer App and entering the race via the App
so your account will link to your phone automatically.
TEAM BOATS
- When completing your entry, please remember EVERY paddler MUST complete the event registration process.
- That means ALL paddlers of a crew (Double Ski or OC2) MUST complete an entry.
Why?
So that we can match up the entries and combine them into one boat.
So that all entrants complete the Waiver acknowledgment.
So that we have Emergency Contact and other important information for EVERY paddler.
....and most importantly so that we can continue to bring you the opportunity to paddle in this great event in the future.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - All paddlers
By entering you agree to:
- Wearing a Jacket style Hi-Vis PFD - NO INFLATABLES
- Always having your leash attached to you and your craft while on the water
- Wearing the Hi-Vis Race Bib, Wrist Band and attach the Boat Sticker
- Carry plenty of water/fluids/snacks for the duration of the paddle
- Abide by all rules of the event, directions from the race director and support crews
- Carry a mobile phone and Start the Webscorer GPS self-Tracking function at least one (1) minute before your wave start.
