Driver's Meeting: 6:30am

Race Start: 7:00am

Race Location: Approximately 15 minutes east of Cheyenne, WY. Located on private property. 

Classes:

  • Cani-cross 2.5 mile - Walk/Hike/Run. 2 dogs max
  • Bikejor 2.5 mile - 2 dog max, must use neckline
  • Scooter 2.5 mile - 2 dog max, must use neckline
  • Beginners - First race event, or first season/year racing? This class is for you!
  • Juniors - 13 years of age and under

 

General Info:

  • Weather permitting - high temperatures may be cause for cancellation. Final decision will be made 72 hours in advance based off of the forecast. Entries will be refunded in the event of cancellation. 
  • No camping on site!
  • Dogs must be on leash at all times 
  • Dogs must be up to date on vaccines, please have a copy of records handy

Pot Luck!

We will be having a potluck this year following Saturday's race after clean up. Hot dogs and beans will be provided. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share!

I agree not to hold Colorado Mountain Mushers or its officers, the Race Giving Organization or its agents, veterinarians, sponsors, or property owners liable for any injury or accident, which may occur during this event. I further agree, that in event of a cancellation, Colorado Mountain Mushers, its officers, the Race Giving Organization or its agents, sponsors, or property owners will not be responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation other than the refund of the entry fees. I further attest that my dogs are in good health, have received all vaccinations required by state law, and are physically prepared for this event. I will be solely responsible for the conduct and safety of my dogs and handlers. In addition Due to livestock on property, all dogs must be tethered at all times.
