Welcome to the Pedal Cartel CHB Junior Tour 2025 This is a Cycling New Zealand sanctioned event. Entry Fees are: $70 - U19s $60 - U17s $50 - U15s $40 - U13s A $3 admin fee will also apply.

Race Entry Conditions This is a Cycling New Zealand sanctioned event. All Entrants in the U19, U17, U15, categories are to produce their Cycling NZ Licence at the Saturday morning registration. For U13 a Secondary School Licence will be accepted.<< 1. No refunds will be made after the closing date of 2/08/2025.<< 2. Timing transponders are used in all stages and must be fitted correctly to bike seat post. At the conclusion of all the cloth racing numbers must be returned to the timing team or race officials.<< 3. Timing software uses the 1 sec rule; gaps in sprints mean added time.<< 4. Sign in is required before each stage and must be completed in person (no proxy) 10minutes before race start. Failure will result in a 30sec time penalty.<< 5. Attendance at prize giving is encouraged, failure to attend presentations can result in a 30sec time penalty<< 6. Riders withdrawing after the commencement of the event must advise the Chief Commissaire. Do not cross the finish line with your transponder if you are withdrawing from the event<< 7. Racing is conducted under CNZ rules except as stated otherwise.<< 8. All Roads are Open NewZealand Road Rules apply<< 9. The Chief Commissaire reserves the right to alter advertised course details and his decision on all matters pertaining to this event final.< Riders enter the event at their own risk. Any entrant involved in an accident will not seek to blame or make a claim against the organisers or assist anyone else in making a claim. Each entrant will release the organisers, their officers, volunteers, employees, sponsors or any party associated with the event of any liability, financial or otherwise, for any direct or indirect loss, injury or death which might be sustained from any intended or actual participation in this event or its related activities. Notwithstanding the above, if any legal action does arise related to the event, jurisdiction is in New Zealand courts under New Zealand law.
