Rangeley-Oquossoc Adventure Rendezvous

We make every effort to provide safety at all times during this event. However, there are times while my team and I will be out on this 40 mile course through the Rangeley Lakes that we will be hours away from the Emergency Management System. I/we understand that I/we must come to ROAR mentally and physically prepared to endure the challenges found in participation of an outdoor endurance activity. I/we understand that I/we will find ourselves alone at times while out on the course. By signing this waiver I/we accept the fact that I/we are ultimately responsible for mental and physical preparation, stamina and survival! I/we agree to hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, land owners, any municipality or the People of the State of Maine involved in this event liable for any injury incurred by me, my team and/or my minor child while participating in this activity. I/we further give permission for my/our name(s) and likeness to be used for educational and promotional purposes related to the sport of canoeing. Furthermore, I release any royalties thereto. By signing my name I acknowledge that I have read and agree to accept the registration and refund policies found at northernforestcanoetrail.org for all I have registered.
