Race format:
Day 1 - Sprint Race PS. (day 2 is Sunday pursuit format, a different registration page)
Classifications:
10K - Adult Male & U19, PS, 150M penalty, carry
7.5K - Adult Female & U19, PS, 150M penalty, carry
4.5K - U13 & U15 with cuffs, Male and Female, 75M penalty, P/p, P/p, P/s, P/s (shoot twice from prone on prone targets and twice from prone on standing targets).
4.5K - U13 on blocks, Male and Female, 75M penalty, P/s, P/s, P/s, P/s (shooting from prone on standing targets)
P = Prone shooting S = Standing
P/p = Prone on prone targets P/s = Prone on stand targets
NOTE: There will be NO same day registration. Payment due at registration race day.
This is an OPEN race for the new USBA "Basic Rifle Safety" safety certified biathletes and youth in a USBA biathlon program.
U15 and U13 biathletes will not be carrying a rifle. Rack to Rack
Competitive U15 biathletes are encouraged to race up in the U19 age group.
U17 athletes will race in the U19 category and have the option to not carry. Rack to Rack.
U13 athletes may use the ECO-AIMS IR rifles, qty 3 only available. Do not need USBA BRS safety certifications.
$20 Ariens Nordic Center event fee for all participants. electronic payment. Not cash/check.

Ariens waiver is required once/year. Parent must accept waiver for minors.
USBA membership is required for ALL athletes.
USBA BRS safety certification is required for all athletes.
